Boost Bank x Boost Connect SME Device Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

The Boost Bank x Boost Connect SME Device Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Boost Bank Berhad ("Boost Bank") and Boost Connect Sdn. Bhd. ("Boost Connect").

The Campaign offers eligible merchants a rebate on selected payment devices upon successful onboarding of a Boost Bank SME account and Boost Connect payment acceptance services, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid until 31 December 2026, or until the allocated campaign quota is fully utilised, whichever occurs first.
The Campaign is limited to the first 1,000 eligible merchants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Boost Bank and Boost Connect reserve the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the Campaign, merchants must:
1. Successfully open and activate a Boost Bank SME account; choosing either Boost Grow, or Boost Flow during the onboarding process.
2. Be a new merchant signing up via the Boost SME onboarding journey. 
3. Successfully onboard as a Boost Connect merchant for eligible payment acceptance services. 
4. Select and designate the Boost Bank SME account as the settlement account for Boost Connect payment services. 
5. Meet all onboarding, KYC, compliance, and risk assessment requirements imposed by Boost Bank and/or Boost Connect. 
6. Remain active and in good standing at the time the rebate is credited. 

4. Eligible Devices and Rebate
 

The rebate applies only to devices purchased under this Campaign and is not exchangeable for cash.

5. Device Applicability

Soundbox Lite
Applicable to merchants who choose:
• DuitNow QR (DNQR) acceptance only. 

Boost Terminal
Applicable to merchants who choose:
• Card acceptance (VISA, Mastercard and/or other supported card schemes); and 
• DuitNow QR (DNQR) acceptance. 
Approval of device allocation remains subject to merchant eligibility and operational requirements.

6. Rebate Mechanics

Soundbox Lite

1. Merchants are required to pay the full device price upfront. 
2. The Campaign rebate is capped at RM200 per merchant/device. 
3. The rebate may be applied against: 
• Device cost; and/or 
• Shipping, delivery, activation, setup or related charges. 
4. Where the total amount payable exceeds RM200, the merchant shall bear the excess amount. 
5. Soundbox devices do not include SIM cards, mobile data plans, telecommunications services, or related charges unless otherwise specified by Boost Connect. 
6. The rebate will be credited into the merchant's Boost Bank SME account approximately two (2) months after successful installation and activation of the device, subject to eligibility verification. 

Boost Terminal

1. Merchants are required to purchase the terminal outright at the prevailing campaign price. 
2. An RM200 rebate will be credited into the merchant's Boost Bank SME account approximately two (2) months after successful installation and activation, subject to eligibility verification. 

7. Rebate Crediting Conditions

The rebate will only be credited if:
• The merchant's Boost Bank SME account remains active. 
• The merchant's Boost Connect account remains active and in good standing. 
• The device has been successfully installed and activated. 
• No fraud, abuse, suspicious transaction activity, or policy violations are detected. 
• All required documentation and onboarding requirements have been completed. 
If any eligibility condition is not fulfilled, Boost Bank and/or Boost Connect reserve the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, or claw back the rebate.

8. Exclusions

The following merchants are not eligible:
• Existing Boost Connect merchants upgrading or replacing devices. 
• Existing Boost Bank SME account holders who do not complete a new eligible onboarding journey. 
• Merchants whose applications are incomplete, rejected, suspended, terminated, or under investigation. 
• Merchants found to have submitted duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information. 

9. General

1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
2. Boost Bank and Boost Connect reserve the right to verify merchant eligibility at any time. 
3. Decisions made by Boost Bank and Boost Connect regarding eligibility, rebate entitlement, and campaign administration shall be final and binding. 
4. Boost Bank and Boost Connect reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
5. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
