a. Notice of Intention to Repossess – A 21-day notice will be issued for settlement.
b. Follow-up Notice – If no payment is received within 14 days, a second notice will be sent.
c. Repossession Initiation – Licensed repossessors may reclaim the motorbike.
d. Notice to Redeem – You have 21 days after repossession to:
i. Settle outstanding payments.
ii. Pay off the full loan balance.
iii. Introduce a buyer to purchase the motorbike.
e. Vehicle Disposal – If no action is taken, the motorbike may be auctioned or sold privately.
You may request loan termination by returning the motorbike to the Bank. However, if the resale value is lower than the outstanding balance, you must settle the difference.
No modifications or alterations are allowed without prior written approval from the Bank.
No, the motorbike remains the Bank’s legal property until the loan is fully repaid. Unauthorized sales or transfers are strictly prohibited.
